Paul came out late at night to replace my leaking water heater. We weren't home. He came, I opened the garage from afar, he removed the old heater, and replaced it with a beautiful model. I am certain it was not what he wanted to be doing at that time of night. We came home to a clean home, rusty water cleaned up, and an awesome water heater correctly installed. The regional inspector approved the work in a flash and told me that I had a great heater. We are happy.
gthsmh During our kitchen upgrade, my wife wanted Natural Gas cooktop to replace our current electric cooktop/oven. Working with Paul we were able to route a new gas line from the main meter through a finished basement to the kitchen area to provide gas to the cooking area. Completely satisfied with the work performed, price paid, permitting experience, and overall work preformed. Also used Paul to replace the pressure regulators for one to the main house and one to the sprinkler system. Again, completely satisfied.

Karen Williams Paul has been our plumber for over 12 years, starting with a whole house remodel where he replaced just about everything plumbing related but the pipes. Commercial boiler service before winter
A yearly service is the cheapest way to keep a commercial boiler running through a Colorado Springs winter. We check combustion and the flame safety controls, clean what needs cleaning, test the relief and low water safeties, look at the pumps, expansion tank and water quality, and tell you plainly what is wearing out. Altitude matters here: a gas boiler has to be set up for our elevation to burn cleanly.
Commercial boiler installation and replacement
When a boiler is past repairing, we size the replacement to the building's real heating and hot water load, not just the nameplate of the old one, and plan the changeover to keep the time without heat as short as we can. We also service and replace commercial water heaters, including the high-efficiency units many buildings use for hot water.
